Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Identify issues, provide cost-effective solutions, and ensure high-quality repairs to meet customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in phone repair or electronics troubleshooting preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in repairing iOS and Android devices.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair tools.
- Basic soldering and micro-soldering skills are a plus.
