POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for phone sales representatives to support a variety of projects while representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing ones while providing customers with information on client products and services. This position offers a competitive base wage and lucrative sales commissions and contest incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
