This role involves collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure high reliability and performance of optical assemblies. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in epoxy materials and will play a key role in process development and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of adhesive chemistry and optical manufacturing is required.
