Description
- Manage healthcare accounts and act as a primary liaison between clients and service providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve account performance and client satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Monitor account metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
