Job Description A private medical practice is seeking a full-time Physiatrist for their outpatient locations in Bronx, NY About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Examining patients that may need to undergo physical therapy
- Diagnosing pain as a result of an injury, disease, or a disabling condition
- Determining and implementing appropriate treatment plans for patients
- Recommending and performing various medical procedures, such as trigger point injections, soft tissue, and joint injections to treat pain and improve physical functioning
- Leading a team of medical professionals, including physical therapists, in order to optimize patient care
