Clinical Details :

- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
- Perform routine and preventive health examinations
- Order, interpret, and act on appropriate diagnostic tests
- Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records within the EMR
- Coordinate care with nurses, advanced practice providers, specialists, and ancillary staff
- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention strategies
