Imperium Commodity Search is exclusively representing a growing physical dairy trading house in Geneva as they look to capitalise on their recent acquisition by growing their trading desk across cheese, butter and powders. With a strong reputation in the powders space, our client is primarily seeking expansion across cheese and butters in the European markets.
Responsibilities
- Build/port a profitable book of back to back dairy trading business in the European market, with a focus on cheese and butter
- Work with senior management on building a new desk within the firm to grow revenues (exp. circa 25-50MM) and quantities across target dairy commodity classes
