Job Description
The ECS PE Teacher will be responsible for daily sections of physical education classes for elementary and upper school students. The ideal candidate will know how to instruct children in matters of physical education, and also how to manage a class effectively. Reports to: School Principals Hours: Full time following the academic calendar (7:30 am 3:45 pm) RESPONSIBILITIES Teach physical education at the appropriate level for each class. Participate in training in integrating a biblical worldview into all elements of instruction. Be informed as to the academic, spiritual, and social development of each of their students. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and follow the schools plan for discipline Employ those instructional aids, methods, and materials that will provide for creative and effective teaching including the consistent and effective use of technology.
