Physical Security Investigations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and support physical security investigations involving personnel, assets, vendors, and security incidents, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, interviews, case documentation, and reporting.
- Assess incidents and security concerns, identify risks, recommend appropriate actions, and elevate matters when required.
- Support incident response activities, including urgent or sensitive matters that require timely coordination, sound judgement, and discretion.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute physical security red team testing, security exercises, and control assessments across global locations.
- Partner with regional and global cross‑functional teams, including Ethics Office, Legal, HR, Workplace, Facilities, IT, Risk Control, and business leadership, to evaluate and improve security controls and response capabilities.
