Physical Therapist – Community-Based Geriatric Program
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team providing care to seniors in a community-based setting.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- One to two years of geriatric experience preferred
