*_SUMMARY:_*
We are seeking a*casual**Physical Therapist**I*to join our outpatient orthopedic team at our Community Clinic locations. The primary site for this role is Richfield Clinic, with high potential for cross-coverage at our Whittier and Brooklyn Park locations.
The ideal candidate will maintain a consistent caseload of 2–4 days per week (minimum 2 days), daytime hours from 8:00AMto4:30PM, with the opportunity to expand up to 5 days per week based on patient volume and availability.
*Purpose of this position:*In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, discharge planning and education.
*_RESPONSIBILITIES:_*
* Performs and documents comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
* Develops and documents patient care plans to promote optimal function and safety
* Observes, evaluates, and documents patient's progress
* Participates in hospital rounds and patient care conferences
