Summary:
Requires direct patient care, and the ability to work closely with other departments, physicians, and health care providers. Clinical functions include assessment, planning implementation, and evaluating the care of all assigned clients. Meets all licensure and accreditation standards, and promotes teamwork with physicians and other personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicates job related information to all members of rehab team, families and patients. • Consults with physicians and caregivers to promote continuity of care. • Proof of BLS. • Demonstrates assessment techniques used for evaluating the following: o neuromuscular o musculoskeletal o sensorimotor o cardiovascular o respiratory functioning • Assess patient needs and administ...
