The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing rehabilitation services to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role works closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver effective therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
