Job Summary
Samaritan Services Inc. is seeking a patient and compassionate Physical Therapist to partner with patients in their homes to promote effective and safe recovery. In this role, you will create personalized Plans of Treatment, coordinate with healthcare teams, and inspire patients toward greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluations: Perform initial and ongoing evaluations according to APTA and state standards.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized plans including short- and long-term goals, adjusting based on patient progress.
Patient Care: Administer physical therapy techniques such as manual therapy, gait training, and/or massage.
