Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Care (Part Time) Department: Rochester Regional Home Care Location: Covering Monroe County, with occasional travel to other regions as needed to meet patient requirements. Hours Per Week: 25 hours Schedule: Days, Monday - Fridays
