Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT , for an opportunity performing home health visits for our Denver office.
This is a Weekend Physical Therapist position - as visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions, Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.
Per Diem, Part Time and Full Time scheduling options, including:

$5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR

$5,000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!
