Job Description
Position Summary: Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients requiring physical therapy. Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care aligned with professional standards and state regulations. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 available for eligible external hires and rehires meeting specific criteria.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of specialized coursework or training if required by the department.
- Successful Client (Client) background check required upon hire for applicable departments (PL540/PCC and PL580/BNC).
