Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Weekend Rotation: None
Travel Required: Yes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, limitations, and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with patients to set achievable goals
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan
