Community-Based Outpatient Physical Therapist (Full-Time) - ALF & Clinic Setting - Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation - Mesa, AZ
Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This community-based outpatient position offers the opportunity to work in both clinic and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) settings. This role will require travel between clinic locations while providing patient-centered care focused on improving quality of life through personalized, hands-on physical therapy.
