Develops and administers physical therapy Plan of Care for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury.
Reviews and evaluates physician's referral and patient's medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
Plans and prepares written plan of care based on evaluation of available patient data.
