Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapist license required
- Experience working as a physical therapist in a hospital, rehab or ambulatory setting required
- Orthopedic physical therapy experience required
