Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio PT license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum one year of home health (HH) physical therapy experience required.
- Experience documenting in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to perform Start of Care, recertifications, evaluations, and treatment visits in the home health setting.
