Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Home health experience required
- Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required
- OASIS-E experience required
- Driver's License and proof of insurance required
- Experience with adult and geriatric patients required
- Experience with chronic disease management required
