Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant - Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Ada, OK. Contract Details M-F, 8 hr days. Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM/35 GWW Start Date: 7/20/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Location: Ada, OK Hourly Pay: $ 23.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 700.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 1390.00 Non-billable Hours: 8 hours Key Responsibilities: Counsel patients and their families on what to do following treatment. Observe the patients they are working with before, during and after therapy and report notes to the Physical Therapist. Assign specific exercises for the patient and help the patients do these exercises. Use devices, such as walkers, and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
