The Provider would work 3-4 days per week in the clinic, and cross cover in the ER and handle the ER Admits. The volume in the clinic would be 20 patients per day and the ER Admits would be approximately 80 per month (low volume). The provider would have collaborating physician support for any trauma cases (available within 30 minutes) but the Provider would be the first responder.
