Advanced Heart Failure & Cardiomyopathy Cardiologist
New York.Complex HF. No Transplant Burden.
Position Highlights:
- Join a Joint Commission-certified advanced heart failure program - a primary regional referral destination for cardiomyopathy, refractory shock, and mechanical circulatory support.
- A true advanced HF practice: complex inpatient and outpatient care spanning cardiomyopathy, LVAD, and MCS.
- Transplant-adjacent model: manage full transplant evaluations and post-discharge longitudinal care locally, without carrying a transplant call burden.
- Light inpatient coverage, only approximately 1 week every 6-7 weeks - with exceptional overall quality-of-life built into the schedule by design.
