Position Highlights : Join a Joint Commissioncertified advanced heart failure program - a primary regional referral destination for cardiomyopathy, refractory shock, and mechanical circulatory support. A true advanced HF practice: complex inpatient and outpatient care spanning cardiomyopathy, LVAD, and MCS. Transplant-adjacent model : manage full transplant evaluations and post-discharge longitudinal care locally, without carrying a transplant call burden. Light inpatient coverage, only approximately 1 week every 67 weeks - with exceptional overall quality-of-life built into the schedule by design. Formal collaboration with nationally recognized transplant centers , with optional annual attending rotations for those who want continued transplant exposure.
