Locum Emergency Medicine Physician Job in Arizona Seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for long-term locum coverage near San Luis, AZ. Job Details:

- Requirements:
- Must be BC EM with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship; or PEDs with 5+ years current Emergency Medicine experience
- Must have AZ license and DEA
- Must have clean malpractice/background
- Must send self-query NPDB and EPA
- Must be able to work day and night shifts
- BC EM Required ABEM or ABOEM
- Certification Requirements:
- ACLS
- BLS
- Other Details:
- 60 hours daily physician coverage
- Physician Shifts: 12-hour and 9-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts
- Independent Contractor Status
- APP Coverage: 48 hours daily
