Approx. 300-bed medical center serving six counties
Top 5% nationwide for safety and quality (Healthgrades)
Planetree Gold certification for patient-centered care
Democratic physician group, partnership after one year, no buy-in
Single-site practice, all board-certified ED physicians
RVU-based, top 10% national compensation, 1099 contractor model
50-bed ED, 80,000 annual visits, 810 hour shifts (10/month minimum)
No APPs, physician for each 810 bed pod
Excellent consultant support, strong nursing and ancillary staff
EPIC EMR
Main need: nocturnist or night-focused schedule
BE/BC Emergency Medicine required
Must be efficient and team-oriented; community hospital experience preferred
