Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota.
* Join a team of two physicians and three APPs
* Traditional practice (outpatient and inpatient)
* Call is 1:3 - hospital inpatients (mainly phone calls)
* Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital
* Average hospital inpatient census - 6
* Annual ER volume - 3,200
* Remote support - social worker, IHT and RN case manager
* On-site services include: -EKG, X-ray, CT, PT/OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, psych
* Outreach from Bemidji - sleep, bariatrics, dermatology, mobile mamo, MRI, OB
