Work Dates Needed: Starting March-October with potential extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p),
Worksite Setting: Full Scope Family Practice Clinic with acute care services; outpatient; diagnosis and management of common as well as some complex medical conditions
Scope of Work: Patient physicals, health appraisals, lab work, consultations, acute care, management of chronic conditions, illness visits, evaluations, etc.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License Required, Board Certification, BLS
EMR: EPIC
