Come join our multi-disciplinary clinic that is changing acute concussion care. Looking for a team oriented physician (variety of specialties would be acceptable such as ER, family practice, neurology) to help with diagnosis of concussion and follow up care for patients experiencing headaches and sleep issues. Our current team consists of neuro-optometrist, vestibular physical therapists, cognitive therapists and a mental health provider. Hours and days worked are flexible. Practice is small but growing and this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of that growth.
