Locations: Chicago, ILDuration: Starting ASAP ongoing for 3-6 months Schedule: Monday Friday (Open to 3-5 days per week)Shift times: 8a-5p (8a-12p / 1p-5p) 1 hr unpaid lunchCall requirements: N/AScope of practice: Primary care clinic coverage most pressing need is for adult medicine (Open to FM or IM)Volume: 16-20 patients per day (8-10 per half day)EMR: AthenaOne (Better, newer version)Staffing mix: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff, 2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP assistanceFacility: FQHCRequirements (boards, license): BC/BE with an active IL license or active IMLC compact license in hand, clean NPDB for emergency privileges
