FAMILY PRACTICE CANTON NEW YORK Community Health Center of Northern NY is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician who is looking for a 100% employed Outpatient opportunity. Hours Five 8 hour shifts within the posted facility hours- Monday & Friday 7Am to 5 pm , Tuesday -Thursday 7Am to 7PmNO -Call Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation and four personal days , Plus two weeks of sick time and nine paid holidays .CE allowance for travel/fees up to $5,000 annuallyReimbursement for licensing and certification feesCompensation Base salary is $300,000-$325,000Sign on BonusIncentives, Benefits Malpractice We are looking for a family practice Physician who can begin in 2024 or 2025New Grads For 2024 are also WelcomeContact
