Enjoy a supportive culture with skilled support staff.- Employed Full-time Permanent position with a multi-specialty group - A Strong, Independent, Non-profit Hospital - 501 (c)(3)- Joining an established team of: six daytime Hospitalist (four physicians/two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician- 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am- Block Schedules - 5 on/5 off OR 7 on/7 off- Minimum of 15 shifts per month - 180 shifts per year- EMR System - Meditech- Contract:Shift pay+ RVU generated bonus - High earning potential; extra shift bonus if covering ICU- Comprehensive Benefits Package:- Negotiable sign-on bonus- 40 hours of CME (prorated)- CME allowance up to $4,000 per year (prorated)- Health/Dental and Vision Insurance- Long Term Disability Insurance- Basic Life Insurance 1.5% times base salary (capped)- Malpractice Insu...
