Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, managing both acute and chronic conditions.Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.Educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness strategies.Collaborate with the clinics team to ensure high-quality, continuous care for all patients.Schedule:Monday to FridayRotational Saturdays (availability required)Qualifications:Active FNP license in the state of New YorkAbility to work with patients of all age groupsSpanish-speaking preferred to communicate effectively with a broad range of patientsNew graduates are welcome to apply
