Summary The Interventional Cardiologist at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center is responsible for providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to veterans. This includes performing diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures, managing pre- and post-procedure care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the latest interventional cardiology techniques and a commitment to education and research. Responsibilities Duties to include: 1. Clinical Care: Perform interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and other catheter-based treatments to address coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular conditions. Provide comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and consultations. Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions for veteran patients.
