Cohesive team of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric residents Predictable 12 week service blocks with a well-supported in-house call model that protects true off-time. Consistent leadership in high-risk deliveries with streamlined OB collaboration. I nfluence evolving Neuro-NICU, Small Baby, and POCUS programs; lead QI and clinical protocol development.
