Physician - Nephrology (Without Compensation)

Summary Without compensation (WOC) physicians provide coverage during weekends, holidays, and evening hours for inpatient patient care and the outpatient clinic for direct patient care when regular VA providers may be unavailable. They may also be utilized at times when VA providers are out unexpectedly to provide continuous patient care coverage. Responsibilities VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. Duties include, but are not limited to: Conduct Daily Administrative/Clinical tasks which include: Completing daily encounters, progress notes, consults, procedure notes if necessary timely. Adhere to all HIPPA requirements. Timely responsiveness to any alerts/messages in CPRS as needed. Address any patient or family concerns or complaints.
