- Permanent Position
- Start Date: 30-45 Days
- Credentialing - 2-4 weeks
- Part Time:24 hours a week or Full Time: 40 hours a week
- Must be Board Certified
- Unrestricted NY License Required
- 12, 10, 8, 6 hour shifts available
- Patient Load - 2-3 patients per hr (1-2 new, 1 F/U. No Double Booking, No overbooking).
- Outpatient setting, NO CALL
- MAs and full office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Compensation; $500k base salary plus bonus
- Consultations, Reading EEG, No Pain Medication Management, No Psych Medication Management.
