Position Title: Sports Medicine / Occupational Health Physician
Location: Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood, Lifemark Physiotherapy Nordel Way and Lifemark 64th Avenue
Status: 40 hrs / week – Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: Open 5 to 7 days / week
Compensation: $180-230 per hour or $374,400 - $478,00 per year
Location type: Hybrid w/ presence in 3 clinics required
