Seeking a BE/BC Hematology Oncologist to join established practice part of the largest provider of oncology services in eastern North Carolina. Outpatient only clinical care Established team of experienced nurses, navigators, and a nurse practitioner Monday-Friday schedule that offers a 4.5-day work week Shared regional call Outpatient clinical responsibilities will include: Developing treatment plans for new diagnosis in hematology oncology patients Chemotherapy oversight Supervising advanced practice provider on follow up patients Leading tumor board Advanced Practice Provider support for follow ups, symptom management and infusion coverage Cancer center includes a healing garden, 8 infusion chairs, 2 private infusion areas, patient image renewal areas, and community outreach spaces Affiliation with and support provided multidisciplinary oncology teams for diagnosing late-stage cancers including support from disease focused medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and surgical onco...
