**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
+ 1.0 FTE, full-time status
+ Join established, diverse, and collegial practice of 3 Optometrists, dedicated RN, and experienced imaging technicians
+ State of the art technology in clinic and OR including: Optos with FA & ICG, Lenstar, OCT & OCT-A, VF, topography, Centurion phaco system
+ Enjoy 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
+ Dedicated in-clinic procedure room
+ Call required – shared with the other ophthalmologists in the community
+ Future outreach possible
+ Relocation and benefit package
