COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSOphthalmology (OPHT)
- Salary:$305K + production
- Sign-On Bonus: $10k - 15k
- Relocation: yes
- PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time.(accrues yearly)
- CME: $5k
- Paid: License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Memberships and Societies
- Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF (dependingon eligibility.)
