**Practice Details**
Sanford Eye Center and Optical is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Retina to add to its current group of optometrists and fellowship trained ophthalmologists
with focus on pediatrics, glaucoma and cornea/refractive.
* Ideal candidate would be a comprehensive ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Retina.
* Work 4.5 days per week
* Call schedule would be 1:4
Competitive compensation package includes:
* Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
* In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
