Build a comprehensive ENT practice with 23 clinic days and 12 full operating room block days weekly, supported by audiology, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated scheduler. Call is 1:5 in a week-on rotation and additionally compensated, with access to a Level II Trauma environment and optional academic involvement with SUNY Upstate. Epic is used system-wide, and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) supports documentation efficiency. ?
