Job Description
Part time or Full time Physician needed to assess, advise, and treat patients. The physician will see patients including primary care, physical medicine and preventative medicine. No pain management.

Clinic hours are M/W/F 8:30-11 and 1:15-6
T/Th. 8:30-1
Malpractice insurance included, License renewels, CE allowance, 2 weeks vacation, Medical(HSA), bonus potential.
