**About the Opportunity**
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a **dedicated Primary Care Physician** to join our team on the island of **Oahu** . To provide comprehensive healthcare for patients and families, emphasizing the importance of preventive care, age-appropriate screening, and vaccinations. Our care teams consist of PCP's, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed clinical Psychologist, complex care nurses, population health liaisons, medical assistants, unit clerks and registrar receptionist.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Provide comprehensive primary care for patients
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, with a focus on preventive care and patient education
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care models
