  • Full Time 40 hours per week
  • Adult only coverage
  • Outpatient clinic
  • Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (one evening shift required)
  • Evening shift will be either Tuesday or Thursday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Must be board certified
