Job Description
ThedaCare is seeking a BC/BE Inpatient Psychiatrist to support our 19 bed general adult psychiatry unit located at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah in Wisconsin. - 7 on 7 off schedule (Monday thru Sunday)- 7am to 7pm. There are always two psychiatrists working on the unit from 7am to 7pm (flexibility with being on the unit)- The inpatient unit is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of an Inpatient Psychologist, Mental Health Clinicians, Occupational Therapists, RNs, and etc. to ensure the unit is meeting the diverse needs of the patients.- Provide psychiatric consults at the Neenah and Appleton hospitals, Appleton consults are completed via telehealth- Limited on-call responsibilities (3 nights per month)- Inpatient Psychiatrists support and supervise PGY3 residents from Medical College of Wisconsin Northeastern Wisconsin Psychiatry Residency who are completing their Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry rotation.- The Psychiatric group is part of a behavioral health divisio...
